All products ship from our Sydney or Gold Coast depots. To minimise freight costs, we use Australia Post for deliveries in most cases. Please consult Australia Post for delivery times to your area.
For hygiene and food safety reasons all sales for food and beverage items are final.
Non-food or beverage products may be returned, seek returns authorisation for SALA CAFFE CO first. All returns need to ensure packaging is not damaged and, the product is not used in any way. Please email SALA CAFFE CO for returns approvals and instructions. Only approved returns will be accepted.
Warranty Claims:
Most of our non-food or beverage products are supported by a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
