Betty dreams of life on the big screen, but she will need to move into the city if she is ever to fulfill her dreams of stardom. You will help Betty make all the money she needs by helping Grampy open “Betty's” Jazz Club, and work to take the tiny club from rags to riches. With each shift Betty is one step closer to the silver screen as “Betty's” grows into a spectacular Jazz Club with service so fast and entertainment so great Betty will have no problem raising the cash to fund her big debut! Betty has two shifts at the club! For the first shift, Betty works in a casual environment where guests are free to enter and seat themselves. The customers make their requests to Betty - maybe it's for a milkshake, some candy, or a song from the band. Service them quickly for a bigger tip! In the second shift, Betty hits the stage! As Betty's concert begins, music notes will appear on the top screen - use the Nintendo DS stylus to select the corresponding notes in the correct order on the touch screen. Each correct note earns the cheers of the audience and more tips for Betty. But one wrong note and the crowd may decide to turn!

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.

Change of Mind Returns Policy
30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage.

We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.

Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
