How do foaming hand wash refill tablets work?

1. Each sachet creates 300ml of foaming hand wash for our reusable glass bottle. Follow these steps:

2. Use our Happy Human refillable glass bottle, ensuring it's clean and empty.

3. Tear open the foaming hand wash sachet along the perforated edge, taking care not to spill.

4. Drop the tablets into the water-filled bottle.

5. Screw the pump back onto the bottle and wait. Tablets dissolve, forming foaming hand wash.

6. Once dissolved, your hand wash is ready. Dispense foam onto hands.

7. Rub hands together, covering all surfaces, including between fingers and under nails, for 20 seconds.

8. Rinse hands thoroughly to remove any remaining foam.

9. If needed, repeat the process. Follow instructions on refill packs. Store extra tablets in a cool, dry place.

Refill packs only: Free shipping for customers who subscribed or orders above $40; otherwise $2.50 untracked Australia Post Letter option or $7.50 tracked flat rate applies.

Untracked is the most affordable option but we can’t track and once we’ve sent the parcel, it’s in Australia Post’s hands. Most of the time they are pretty good and manage to deliver in their estimated time frames of 5 - 8 business days. Sometimes it can take up to 12 business days, so it is best to expect that and be pleasantly surprised when it arrives early 🙂 Note: Some Parcel Lockers may or may not accept refill orders sent with untracked Australia Post Letter shipping, so best to choose tracked if you’d like to send it to your parcel locker
