Outside of these major metropolitan areas it will take a little longer, but we strive to get it to you as soon as possible. If you purchase an EziBuy item, we dispatch these from New Zealand, and they won’t take any longer to get to you. However, if you purchase an EziBuy item along with an item from Autograph as an example you will receive 2 parcels.

For hygiene reasons and to protect your health and the health of others, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings, underwear and swimwear. All refunds for Change of mind exclude delivery charges. Change of mind includes unwanted, size, colour, design, fit and price.
Please contact us to request for a return and send it back to our returns address along with the item(s) you wish to return within 30 days of invoice date.
Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and the Mosaic Brands online return addresses are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post.
Please allow 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our distribution centre for your return to be processed and your account to be credited. Slight delays to return processing may be experienced during busy sale and promotional periods, due to higher volumes.
Care and sizing details are provided for each and every list as sizing varies between brands. SARA and IsoBar Active Plus are both Plus Size brands along with Autograph and BeMe.
