This is a colorful mix of beetroots that will add vibrancy to your veg patch and a kaleidoscope of colors to any salad. All are delicious as baby beets or fully grown globes, cooked or eaten raw.
You will get one pack of mixture of open-pollinated heirloom varieties like Bulls Blood, Golden, Chioggia, Cylindra, Detroit Dark Red, Early Wonder and White Albino.
Sow seeds direct or in punnets in winter/ cooler times in tropics and anytime in milder climates. Space plants 10cms apart in rows 20cms wide.
Harvest leaves after 35 days and after 60 days for the root. Propagation note will be supplied with the seed packet.
