We will then confirm receipt of your order and attempt to send your goods via Australia Post (see below working days depending on Registered Post (within Australia), Express Post (within Australia));. If goods are unavailable, delivery may take a little longer. You will then receive an email confirming your order has been shipped. We offer 2 options for shipping your order:

Registered Post (Within Australia) (2-10 working days) - FREE, (on orders over $100) tracking available. A secure way of shipping your order.

Express Post (Within Australia) (2-4 working days) - $25.00/pair of shoes, tracking available, fast delivery.

If you wish to query a delivery please contact us.

We are happy to exchange your shoes or issue a credit note, within 30 days from the date of purchase, providing the shoes have not been worn and are in the original condition. Please note, you will be responsible for the associated costs of returning the goods back to us.

Try to alternate your footwear daily to allow the leather to dry
