Bamboo Nappy Liners

Our 100% bamboo nappy liners are biodegradable and compostable. They are designed to catch solids, make nappy changes easier and reduce stains. Nappy liners are also essential when using barrier creams, as the barrier creams are designed to repel liquids and will affect the absorbency of cloth nappies.

Nappy liners are easy to use. Simply place a liner inside the nappy and remove and dispose when changing nappies. We are all about reducing environmental waste and it is perfectly fine to rinse wet liners and to reuse them a few times before disposing.

Can I flush soiled nappy liners?

The million-dollar question… No one wants to handle poopy nappies and it is appealing to peel and flush soiled liners. Nappy liners fully disintegrate over time, but it takes approximately 10 - 16 days to disintegrate. This means that it can cause blockages, especially in older sewerage pipes. (Ask us, we had a very expensive tree root problem clogging our pipes 😐.)

There are no clear Australian standards. The Australian Nappy Association investigated the issue and it seems that nappy liners do not cause issues at sewerage treatment plants.

Thus in short - We recommend rinsing solids and discarding liners in the bin. If you decide to flush them, it is at your own risk! 😊

Please remember that wipes are an entirely different issue and should never be flushed, even if labelled flushable.

Our orders are processed and shipped from our partner warehouse in Brisbane. Under normal circumstances, orders are dispatched on the next business day. However, during peak seasons and significant sale events, it may take up to 2 business days for us to dispatch the orders due to increased order volumes.

Delivery times vary based on location.
- Within Queensland: 2-4 business days

- Interstate capital cities: 4-7 business days

If you would like to try our cloth nappies and not sure whether they will be right for you, then we have just the solution.

Use one of the nappies in the “Part Time” or “Full Time pack”, and if you do not love them, for whatever reason, then return the pack for a refund.

Here are the conditions of our offer.

Offer is limited to one prewashed and used nappy only. The other items in the pack should not be prewashed or used.
Please let us know about your intention to return the pack within 14 days of receiving your order, this will allow you ample time to use and wash the nappy a few times.
If you are not able to use the nappies within this time frame, simply drop us an email to tell us about your circumstances.
Return postage for change of mind, is at your own expense.

Returns and refunds:

All items are inspected prior to sending, however in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
Human errors happen. If you have received an incorrect item, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item and we will rectify the situation.
We cover return postage for any faulty or incorrect items. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package.
Return postage for change of mind or incorrect sizing is at your own expense. Information about sizing is available on our product pages. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to making a purchase.
Please do not return items without discussing it with us first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and if the items are received in a satisfactory condition, you will be refunded via your original payment method. We will notify you once the transaction has been completed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refunds.
