Instead of using Scottish humate smoke, this expression from Balcones is that the world's initial wood-smoked hard liquor. Sun-baked Texas oak the tree is utilized in a very proprietary method leading to a whisky choked with recent, vernal corn and light-weight fruit notes married with camp hearth phenols.
