This set of knives is beautiful to look as well as to use. They are extremely sharp and also very light, which is great when you have arthritis, and very well balanced. The knife block is almost a piece of furniture sitting on the kitchen bench! Very happy with my purchase, especially as they were on sale, otherwise they would have been out of my price range.
