Our team always make every effort to ensure that your AROMABABY purchase arrives in perfect condition. Should, however, you experience any problem or have a query with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you would like to make a claim relating to your order for any errors or for a product that may have been damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. If an item has been damaged in transit, please help us by taking a photo with your phone. Attach this image to your email so we may follow up and take any further steps to improve our processes. When the returned goods have been received at our warehouse, we shall either credit the relevant charges or replace the items. Be sure to always inspect your goods before opening and using them. Any returned goods received by us, even in the event of an order error, shall only be credited if the goods are unopened and remain in their original condition.

Whist AROMABABY has a long history of use on sensitive skin, if for any reason you have a sensitivity or reaction to an ingredient/product, please do contact our office so we can help you further.

As a provider of personal care items, AROMABABY is not obliged to provide a refund if you change your mind on an item, so please always be sure to choose your products carefully.
