Perfect for cutting and dividing dough, this functional tool is also ideal for scraping excess flour and stray scraps of dough from your workspace, rolling pin, or cleaning your cutting board. Made from durable stainless steel it has an integrated rounded handle and features a straight-sided rectangular blade which is also great for transferring sliced or chopped vegetables from the cutting board to a pan or pot. A measurement guide in centimeters also assists with accurate portioning.
