  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we processed and shipped your order within 24 hours and we are not able to cancel your order. If you contact us after it's been shipped, we are not able to recall the order. You can return it to our AU warehouse once you receive the package. If we did not process your order, we are able to cancel it per your request.

  • Tracking numbers will be sent to the customers once we shipped out the package.

  • We do not ship to Puerto Rico and all outlying US territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes.

  • We do not offer local pickup.

  • We are not responsible for the package being sent to the wrong address due to the customer provided the incorrect shipping address when place the order. Please notify us as soon as possible of any errors in your shipping address.
