Most of our orders ship within 1-2 business days after payment has been received.
We are not guaranteed the shipping transition time. The estimated delivery time will be provided by the shipping carrier, the ETA may vary due to the weather or special situation.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we processed and shipped your order within 24 hours and we are not able to cancel your order. If you contact us after it's been shipped, we are not able to recall the order. You can return it to our AU warehouse once you receive the package. If we did not process your order, we are able to cancel it per your request.
Tracking numbers will be sent to the customers once we shipped out the package.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico and all outlying US territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes.
We do not offer local pickup.
We are not responsible for the package being sent to the wrong address due to the customer provided the incorrect shipping address when place the order. Please notify us as soon as possible of any errors in your shipping address. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
