Our promise means you’ll receive a replacement or refund free of charge under warranty terms. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse or poor maintenance or indirect loss.

How to claim warranty

Contact us (details on our website) to get a warranty claim form. We'll shoot you back a returns form and a reply-paid sticker. 

Print out the shipping label and stick it on your return parcel. 

Drop off your package at any Australia Post office (totally free!) or post box.

Once we get your return, we'll sort out the refund within five business days. Whether it's a refund or an exchange, we'll email you to confirm it's all done.
