f for some reason you are not happy with your products, please contact us by emailing us along with your order number to discuss your return or refund. Return postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless Congoe Pty Ltd trading as Kakadu Plum Co. reasonably agrees the item is faulty.

Conditions of return:

• You must notify us within 30 days of receipt of goods if you would like to return or exchange an item. If 30 days have passed we unfortunately can not issue an exchange or refund. 

• Goods must be unused and in original unopened packaging

• We recommend using a traceable delivery with a signature and taking note of your tracking number. We can not process returns unless the items have been received and accounted for.
