Due to its camphor content, Rosemary may be helpful in massage and arthritis blends and may help improve circulation. It may also be useful for respiratory issues as it makes for an effective expectorant/decongestant. It has an excellent reputation for oily skin/acne, scalp, and hair care and may be helpful with alopecia. Rosemary is quite stimulating and has traditionally been used for memory retention and staying focused and alert.
