Standard shipping can take 5 to 5 business days and express shipping is 1 to 3 business days depending on your location and the timing of your purchase.

Catalog’s return of goods policy is consistent with the terms as enforced by the Australian Competition and Consumer commission. Customers seeking to return items for incorrect sizing, fit or change of mind must:

- Make the return within 14 days of purchase

- Ensure that garments are not damaged or altered (makeup/fake tan stains, no perfume/deodorant scents or other signs of wear).

- Ensure that the garment is in original condition. This means unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.

Catalog is not required to accept returns that do not comply with the above, or due to a change of mind, we do however encourage you to visit one of our 11 stores to exchange the item within 14 days of the purchase or return to our office for a Catalog credit note.
