The product was fine but when it arrived after opening it the top. bottom and back panels were cracked in to. Either poorly stored at their warehouse or poor handling by Aramex Couriers (previously Fastways). My Deal.com customer service is terrible. I've been dealing with their dreadful customer service for the past few weeks to get a replacement. They won't even just send a new parcel of the one that was broken (which also came with no instruction manual) instead, they say they are finding out if their warehouse can send those 3 parts separately. I will never buy from them again and advise others to do the same.
