Great product. But delivery was so poor and unexpected.I assumed it would be delivered at my door. Driver said he couldn’t bring it up to the unit as he was not insured. He left a 35kgs to me and I’m a female and I had to drag everything myself. It’s not his fault at all. Just saying heavy delivery products should at least be delivered at the doorstep. He didn’t have a trolley he had to carry it on his shoulder. It was heavy for him even.
