  • Do not buy from this seller. This was one of the worst experiences and I wish I could give minus 5 stars. Shelf was delivered missing one entire side and so is useless. The seller refused to provide the missing part but said they could send an entire replacement. They said they wouldn't take the part out of another box to send it. They wouldn't cover the cost of disposing of this large bulky useless shelf. They said I could 'keep it as a spare' which is obviously ridiculous. When I said I would complain that they left me at 8 months pregnant to pay for this useless shelf to be picked up by council or someone with a ute to take it to the tip they finally offered to collect it. But then they asked me for a specific collection time and wouldn't accept 'ASAP' even though they also said they couldn't book a specific collection time. They then changed their mind again and told me to keep it 'as a spare' again. It was a month of back and forth until I gave up and just accepted a refund and copped the cost of disposal. At least they put the refund through quickly. Avoid at all costs.

  • I recommend not to use MyDeal. It says It will deliver in 3-14days, but It took more than 1 month from Melbourne to Sydney. And also it was a defective products with lots of scratches and big damages as I seen in the picture. It was horrible.
