These masks are non-medical and we make no claims in relation to them. Please wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water or use hand sanitiser, prior to putting your mask on. Using the elastic loops, hold your mask against your nose/mouth and position as comfortable, to hold the mask securely in place. Be sure to cover your nose, mouth and chin with the front of the mask. Avoid touching your face mask once its on. If you need to remove or adjust your mask, be sure to practice good hand hygiene both before and after. Be sure to clean hands with sanitiser or wash well with soap and water when removing your mask. Remove your face mask by holding the elastic loops without touching the front of your mask. Machine wash using warm or cold cycle in between each use.

If your parcel is being delivered to a private/home address, please provide instructions for a safe place to leave your order if the parcel will not fit in your mail box. Our team always make every effort to ensure that your AROMABABY purchase arrives in perfect condition. Should, however, you experience any problem or have a query with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you would like to make a claim relating to your order for any errors or for a product that may have been damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. If an item has been damaged in transit, please help us by taking a photo with your phone. Attach this image to your email so we may follow up and take any further steps to improve our processes. When the returned goods have been received at our warehouse, we shall either credit the relevant charges or replace the items. Be sure to always inspect your goods before opening and using them. Any returned goods received by us, even in the event of an order error, shall only be credited if the goods are unopened and remain in their original condition.
