Damages and issues
In an unlikely event the purchased goods are damaged or defective. the goods shall be replaced, repaired or refund will be offered to you for the amount of purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. After receiving the product , You can contact us within 10 Business days for reporting any issues with the product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
To be eligible for a return/exchange , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Â
Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 6 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

We can not accept returns of Hygiene essentials
