  • Excellent – Device with near no signs of use with minimal to no scratches. Minimal cosmetic imperfections invisible at a 20cm distance. It operates 100%
  • Very Good – Device with moderate signs of use, minor scratches and scuff marks visible at 20cm distance. Screen minor scratches, barely visible when the screen is on. It operates 100% with no functional issues.
  • Good – Device with major scratches and scuff marks. Functionally in good working order and operates as a normal device, but shows heavy signs of use and wear and tear. Excellent value for money!

Items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney via an insured courier. Delivery timeframes can be as low as 1 business day in Sydney area. We use Australia Post or Hunter Express couriers. All parcels require a signature on delivery. If someone is unavailable, parcels can be collected from the nearest post office.

Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

  • Metro: 1-4 business days

  • Regional: 3-7 business days

No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

Returns Accepted

  1. If in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with an item or that you need to return for any reason, please contact us through the Catch message immediately.

  3. We accept 30 Days Returns replacement or refund guarantee. The Buyer Pays Return Postage.

  6. The warranty does not cover any accidental damage such as dropping or liquid damage.

What does the warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers:

  • Any defect in material or quality under normal use during the warranty period.
  • Hardware failures such as; motherboard, hard drive, power supply, screens, Keyboards, touchpad, touchscreens or any physical component failure under regular usage.
  • Batteries for a maximum of 3 months, as they are classed as consumables.
  • The original installation of the Operating System. (macOS, Windows, Android)

During the warranty period, ManlyLaptops will repair or replace products or parts of a product that proves defective because of inappropriate material or defect under normal use and maintenance.

What does this warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Any Accidental damage, such as dropping or liquid damage.
  • Third-party software or applications installed after receiving the product for the first time.
