If at any time within the first 14 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your device please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your device back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an exchange.

- IMEI will be validated against the IMEI shipped. Returns will not be accepted on mismatched IMEI’s
- We will not accept a returned device that is iCloud or Google locked.
- Please ensure your device is factory reset and powered off prior to shipment
Change of Mind:
We accept change of mind within 14 days from delivery as long as the item is returned in the original condition as new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags in tact including any package seals being unbroken and not damaged in any way

Warranty Policy:

received the product but wish to highlight that I didn't read fully the description and didn't get the product specifications that I needed. My fault entirely, now I have an iPad in perfect order but useless to me. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE SPECIFICATIONS. Its in the drop down marked More Info. This iPad cannot be upgraded past IOS 12 ever. Some of my Apps would not work at this level.

Not happy have only had it for 2 days abs it keeps turning off abs nit working abs still waiting on a response I believe it should be replaced ASAP abs if that doesn’t happen I would tell people not to buy them

The product is amazing except I didn't realise you can't update this tablet mode and I wanted it for my little girl to watch Netflix. Wont let me down Load some apps without updating. 😒 so It's not as useful as I wanted it to be. Other then that it's in amazing condition. Can't complain about anything except it only comes with a cord not a wall piece. Which I guess is normal.
