If at any time within the first 14 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your device please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your device back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an exchange.
Please Note:
- IMEI will be validated against the IMEI shipped. Returns will not be accepted on mismatched IMEI’s
- We will not accept a returned device that is iCloud or Google locked.
- Please ensure your device is factory reset and powered off prior to shipment
Change of Mind:
We accept change of mind within 14 days from delivery as long as the item is returned in the original condition as new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags in tact including any package seals being unbroken and not damaged in any way

Warranty Policy:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This excludes faults caused by the way the device is treated and/or used.
Prior to returning a device for warranty, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate a repair, refund or replacement. Please note that all return requests must be accompanied by photo and video evidence for a Return Authorisation Number. We will not be able to process your return request without supporting documents and being initiated and approved by our team prior..
Please note, Warranty is void and will not cover below:
- Physically damaged
- Software that has been tampered with
- Water damage
- Unauthorised repairs (3rd party repairs)
I would give -10 if l could! iPad is described as some app will work on arrival I called apple for help as no apps would download at all because of how old it is apple said the iPad is too old and they shouldn’t be telling customers that some apps will work when none do at all because of the age of the iPad, not just this the iPad wouldn’t charge it was faulty, l sent it back the next day on the return address it arrived in box and l have still received a refund even from my deal saying it was change of mind no the item was not described as stated on the information provided and it was faulty! Now the seller said because l didn’t communicate with them l am returning “I did and not received one reply over the two weeks and one this morning” l sent it back to the return address on the box in which why put a different return address if this is not the right address only the carrier. It’s been two weeks no refund and no help what so ever l have documentation of a tracked return and the courier have told me they sent it back already and been getting a run around l just want a refund! Do not buy from this company as you will be scammed and my deal are no help they say the seller will respond within 48 hours it’s been two weeks and full of different excuses, fair trading are now involved and believe my deal should of stepped in and refunded me as this is a third party issue on their site and l have every right for a refund with the documentation l have already provided. Please be aware of this company before you buy!
