Warranty Policy

• All products come with a 3-month warranty against defective materials and workmanship.
• The warranty does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin during first few wears. Lighter colored sheepskin may pickup inks from clothing with which it comes in contact. This discoloration is not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
• Because sheepskin is a natural product there may be some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character. These characteristics may cause variations in the wear of some sheepskin products. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.

Returns Policy

• Items can only be returned for refund. Refunds are available within 30 days of receiving your shipment on full price items only. Sale/promotional purchases cannot be returned for refund. To receive a refund the item must be in its original condition with the tags on and not been worn washed damaged or altered.
• If your item wasn't the right size or you'd like a different colour or style then simply place a new order and return your original item for a refund. As the buyer you would be required to pay for the postage costs back to us.
