It consists of a left-hand chaise manual recliner, an armless chair, an armless manual recliner with handle, a console with two stainless storage cup holders, and a right-arm manual recliner. It offers generous seating with neck and lumbar support. The lounge is upholstered in high-performance Rhino fabric, covering the high-density foam that gives it a long-lasting shape. Thick foam, pockets, and springs ensure added comfort. The lounge also has Glides legs that prevent the legs from scratching or damaging the flooring and also enable easy movement of the lounge. Your body receives the relaxation it needs after lying on it for a while. The structural frame of the lounge is sustainably harvested plywood. The frame has a five-year warranty; the foam and springs have a three-year warranty; the fabric and stitching have a one-year warranty; the recliner mechanism and electric parts have a one-year warranty; and all other parts have a one-year warranty. All orders are dispatched from our main warehouse in Sydney, Australia
Under normal conditions, transit time will take between 3 and 10 working days after dispatch for metropolitan area, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.
For very bulky products, such as sofa, lounges, drawer cabinet & display cabinet, the delivery may take between 10 to 21 days due to the nature of the products being bulky and require special handling, we may work with furniture removal company to arrange the delivery.
The delivery will to to the front door ground floor only, delivery that involve stair on multi-story building, special arrangement prior or after sales needs to be organized and will incur surcharge of between $50 to $200, depending on number of flight, multi-story building that has elevator, the surcharge will not be required. The delivery driver may refuse to deliver inside the house as they are not covered by insurance for delivery inside the property, customer can authorize the delivery driver to bring inside the properly, however, no responsibility will be taken should there be damage incurred inside the properly due to accidental drop or impact of product handling.
We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location.
Postage and handling fees are calculated based on the weight and size of each product. Hence discounts on freight costs are not available.
Combined postage for different products is not available as size and weight limitations generally prevent items from being dispatched in one consignment.
Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.
We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia.
We aim to dispatch all products within 1 - 2 working day after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a re-stocking fee will apply.
Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.
If in the case of change of mind, goods may be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. Conditions apply
Goods must be returned in original packaging and still in "new" condition
The cost of freight to and from our warehouse must be covered by the customer in the case of change of mind
