Ancient Minerals Magnesium bath flakes, are ideal for soaking joints, muscles and is effective for stress relief & relaxation. It can be used in bath & foot soaks.

Magnesium bath flakes are the dry flakes of magnesium chloride and other naturally-occurring trace minerals in a convenient and economical form.

Dissolved in warm water, the magnesium chloride flakes provide the user with highly soluble magnesium chloride.

Usage Directions:
