Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind of makeup, swatched used or opened makeup products tools or brushes and accessories due to hygiene reasons see below.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product please contact us immediately
We will ask for photos for an assessment by our team and send out a prepaid envelope for the return of the product.
Please do not throw out the item as we cannot process returns without receiving the faulty product from you.
Once we have received the faulty product we can process a store credit, refund or exchange for something else you would like of equal value to the original purchase.
