We use Australia Post Express service for all orders above $100. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided a tracking number via email. Postage to more remote country towns may take a day or two longer.Â
For orders under $100 your order will be posted via regular untracked envelope. Please allow 1-9 working days. If you do not receive your item within the allocated period, please notify us so we can investigate.
All TENS machines are covered by a full 12 months replacement warranty. Simply, send us an e-mail explaining the problem and we will act within 48 hours to solve the problem.
Disposable parts including: Pads, Batteries, Power Adapters and Electrode Wires are not covered by the warranty unless, they are dead on arrival or fail to function within a reasonable time.
