NOTE:
1. The dial of this watch is made of metal (zinc alloy). If you are allergic to metal, you should be cautious when buying it. If you have any discomfort after wearing it, please stop using it in time and con-tact us to return it.
2. Don't wear it too tightly during exercise. In daily use, you can relax the strap slightly to ensure a dry, breathable and comfortable experience for skin contact with the device.
3. After wearing it continuously for a long time or if the wearing position seems stuffy, you can remove the watch and let your wrist rest for about half an hour.
4. After exercising, clean and wipe away sweat on the arm and strap, then clean and dry before putting it on.
5. After swimming or bathing with the watch, clean the pool dirt, bath fluid, soap, and other residues on the watch body and watch strap in good time and dry the arm and watch before wearing the watch.
6. The waterproof function is not permanently effective, and the protective performance may be reduced due to daily wear and tear. DO NOT OPERATE THE WATCH UNDERWATER, and please wipe it off immediately after swimming/wet.
7. Don't use car USB charging to prevent the data cable from melting due to excessive voltage. Recommend charging the watch with a 5V 2A charger. If it doesn't charge, please wipe the charging poins with alcohol cotton cloth.
How to change the format 24 Hour to 12 Hour, Celsius to Fahrenheit, metric to Imperial?
Make sure the Bluetooth is connected, then go to the app:

Q: What to do if the band is discolored or gets broken or the watch doesn't hold a charge?
1. Contact the seller for help and lifetime after-sales service. (Go to Your Order--> Find the order ID in the list--> Click 'Contact with us')
2. The band is 22mm and can be replaced.
Q: How to customize your own picture?
Make sure the Bluetooth is connected, then go to the app > Device> Dial Library > Dial Center > Click the first green picture > Background > Click "+" > Select your own picture.
Q: What to do if the watch doesn't record my sleep?
1. The smartwatch will automatically monitor between 9:00pm to 12:00pm the next day. Please check if the watch has been upgraded to the latest version (Go to the FitCloudPro app--> Device--> Click the “Device Version"--> “Download and Upgrade the new version”.)
2. Please restart the watch and wear it again the next day to check if there is a sleep record.
Q: What to do if I can't get it to connect to my phone or always get disconnected?
1. Please note that the bluetooth version of the smartwatch is 5.0 and the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-10 meters. If the smartwatch is beyond the distance, it will cause the disconnection, you need to bind the watch to the app again.
2. If the FitCloudPro app can’t detect the watch, please restart your phone and also reset the watch (Turn on the watch--> Click the ”Settings” icon--> “reset”.) Then try again.
3. If you still can’t connect the watch: please uninstall the FitCloudPro app and also delete the "LW11" from the Bluetooth paired list of your phone. Install the FitCloudPro app and try again.
NOTE: You can't directly change the time on the smartwatch. Firstly get the smartwatch to connect to your smartphone via the app, then it will sync the correct time from your phone.
Q: What to do if I can’t receive the Call/Text Messages/SNS notifications?
NOTE: THE WATCH CAN NOT MAKE MESSAGES, CALLS, or TEXT BACK, Bluetooth distance 8-10 meters
For iPhone:
1. Make sure the Bluetooth is connected (Go to your phone settings--> Bluetooth--> check if there is s blue signal ”!” after Bluetooth device name, if no, please re-bind the device and click” OK ” to proceed.)
2. Make sure your phone allows the FitCloudPro app to send notifications (Go to your phone settings-->Find the “FitCloudPro” app -->Switch on “Notifications”)
3.Make sure you have turned on "Push Notifications" on the FitCloudPro app (Go to the FitCloudPro app--> Device--> Click the “Push Notifications”--> Switch on all the application you need.)
4. If you still can’t receive any notification: please uninstall the FitCloudPro app and also delete the "LW11" from the Bluetooth paired list of your phone. Install the FitCloudPro app and try again.
For Android:
1. Make sure the FitCloudPro app is running in background ( Go to your phone settings-->Apps --> Find “FitCloudPro” app--> Launch settings--> Switch on “Run in background”.
2. Make sure your phone allows the FitCloudPro app to send notifications (Go to your phone settings--> Apps-->Find the “FitCloudPro” app -->Switch on “Allow Notifications” and “Permissions”)
3. Make sure you have turned on "Push Notifications" on the FitCloudPro app (Go to the FitCloudPro app--> Device--> Click the “Push Notifications”--> Switch on all the application you need.)
4. If you still can’t receive any notification: please uninstall the FitCloudPro app and also delete the "LW11" from the Bluetooth paired list of your phone. Install the FitCloudPro app and try again.
NOTE: FOR WHATSAPP
Due to the system settings of Whatsapp itself, only one message reminder can be displayed on the watch every day, and the specific content can only be seen by tapping into WhatsApp on the mobile phone. IOS can work normally!
