Afghan Hand Knotted Rug - Kilim rugs or carpets are valued for their authentic village weaving and have become increasingly collectible in recent years. Kilims were actually woven for everyday use as opposed to rugs woven for a commercial basis, because of this there were no foreign market pressures changing the designs, as happened with pile carpets.

Shipping Details

Dispatch timeframe is normally within 2 working days. In most cases deliveries occur within a week but allow 7 - 10 business days as transit times and courier workload may vary depending on your location.

We do not give authority to leave on your behalf, you can make arrangements directly with the transport company once we give you the tracking details. You are liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of you giving the transport company authority to leave.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses because of signature requirements.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you are not satisfied with your selection for any reason, you may return your purchased item in its original packaging and condition within 30 days from the time of receipt. Arranging delivery and all of its associated cost on returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receiving the items in their original condition we will issue a refund minus our original shipping cost associated with sending the item(s) to you. (These fees can be advised prior to purchase by simply contacting us with all relevant information).

For returns, contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). You must obtain a RAN number within 30 days of receiving your purchased item to ensure that you are eligible for a refund. Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RAN number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
