  • Include all tools and hardware that are not open

The return process is as follows:
 
Tell us about your intention to return the goods by contacting us, and let us know the status of the goods through photos
 
When the return requirements are met, we will inform the warehouse address
 
Once arrived, our inspection team will evaluate the "new" status of the item
 
If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, we will process the product refund (excluding postage) and notify you
 
If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to the inventory, we will process a partial refund and notify you
 
Unfortunately, the return cannot be delivered to our warehouse, office or warehouse facilities in person.

Damage during transportation
 
We try our best to package these products because we think they will be mishandled during transportation, and sometimes the goods will still be damaged during transportation.

  • I’ve had this nearly 1 year but it’s not been on since end of summer. During the first few months I noticed it was noisy and ice would get stuck in the spiral wheel and start grinding causing the machine to be even louder.

  • Very good ice machine. Excellent customer service, very kind and supportive in trying to fix my faulty ice machine but couldn't fix it. Eventually I got a brand new ice machine for replacement.

  • Set up took a while to work out, but found we have wasted our money, we have no ice as the machine doesn't stay cold even when plugged in ice melts which makes the water a little chilled, Just disappointed as spent all that money and we through box out so can't even return. Now i know why you can only buy these machines online and get never get in store.

  • Very impressed with the quality and quietness of this ice-maker. I've found that the ice compartment has made it's maximum amount of ice in approximately 2 hours which is very speedy. A low hum and the sound of the ice dropping is all you hear, I also like that it is compact and fits nicely on the kitchen bench. I use the water-kettle to top the water up which works for me. If you need an ice-maker, with my experience so far I would recommend this one.

  • Ice cubes are very thin and melt too easily. Despite cleaning prior to use the water has a terrible chemical taste. A bit disappointed tbh.

  • I love my ice maker, idont have to send out for a ice coffee eny more and I can have it made the way I like it,and as much as I like, it’s been so hot, to go and get a cup of ice on these days, my sister is going to buy one now too, as is my friend

  • Seller sent me a defective item. They wanted me to unscrew the chip and send it to them. They refused to refund/replace it. Payment has been deducted from my account. I will report it to Fair Trading if not dealt with accordingly.
