15-day return policy

Once arrived, our inspection team will evaluate the "new" status of the item

If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, we will process the product refund (excluding postage) and notify you

If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to the inventory, we will process a partial refund and notify you

Unfortunately, the return cannot be delivered to our warehouse, office or warehouse facilities in person.

Damage during transportation

My cats enjoy using this scratching post and I would recommend this product, it is a good height and encourages play. I appreciate that it is available in a light cream colour, and is not heavy to move and easy to assemble. I also like the tight weave around the cat scratcher!
