Delivery Fees
Your delivery fee will vary depending on the size, weight and location of the products you choose to purchase as well as your chosen delivery location. Your delivery fee will be calculated and displayed when you checkout before you purchase your products.
Please note: Unless notified all Couriers Please consignments will default to ATL in a safe place on your premises. If you do not want your items left please advise couriers upon shipment notification. If you wish to arrange for an ATL with any of our other courier partners you will have to speak with them directly prior to delivery.
For all other couriers, products will not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from the purchaser or authorised person at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. It will then be the responsibility of the purchaser to collect the goods from the designated depot or to arrange re-delivery at their expense.
4wd Supacentre recommends all deliveries be shipped to an address that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimize any redelivery delays and/or fees.
P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers
The couriers we use will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers (unless specifically arranged by you through your AusPost eParcel account (applicable to AusPost deliveries ONLY, additional charges may apply).
Please ensure a full address is entered in the checkout process.
International Shipping
Unfortunately 4wd Supacentre will not ship internationally at this time.
Freight-included pricing
From time to time we will offer freight/delivery/P&H-included pricing on specified products to Australian addresses. ‘Incl Freight’, ‘Incl Delivery’ and Postage & Handling promotions do not apply to all areas. Check your suburb and postcode below to confirm if your location is included in Freight promotions.
Freight charges apply to some areas for product purchases and occasional ‘freebie’ promotions. Freight-included pricing does not apply to Roof Racks, Roof Top Tents, Rear Drawers and selected products on the website not included in these promotions.

Warranty Period
4WD Supacentre of 6a Figtree Drive, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW, 2127 offers this voluntary 12-month warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects in products supplied by it.
What does the warranty cover?
Under normal usage conditions, this warranty covers;
Any defect in design or manufacture which results in the product failing to perform substantially as described in authorised advertising or literature; and
We will either repair or replace the product at our discretion
This voluntary warranty is provided in addition to your other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, restrict, modify, limit or override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from improper use
Damage caused by faulty installation or modification made during installation, unless installed by 4WD Supacentre
Damage caused by mould, insects, animals, misuse, incorrect operation, adverse weather, accidents and fair wear and tear
Costs, losses or charges:
of removing and reinstalling the product
for travel and /or other expenses due to customer’s remote location
for transport charges and damage in transit. It is your responsibility to deliver and pick up your product, including any costs associated with the postage of your repair or replacement product. If you do freight your product we recommend that you insure against loss or damage
directly or indirectly associated with the product failing to operate
Important information relating to your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
How to claim
To make a claim, please message us with your order number, a description of the fault and some photographs and our team will assist.
30 Day Change of Mind Guarantee Update As Of 15 July 2024
Policy Review:Â We at 4WD Supacentre are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, with our 30-day change of mind policy, you can return eligible items for store credit within 30 days of:
dispatch of the item(s) by 4WD Supacentre (if the product is being delivered to you); or
the original purchase date, at a company-operated retail store
From the date of collection for click and collect, marketplace and phone orders
Please Note: A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount before issuing store credit to you.
A refund is not available for a change of mind.
Eligibility Criteria:
Only items that are unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition will be eligible for return.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must accompany the returned item.
Certain items, such as factory seconds items, gift cards, seconds items, and clearance items may not be eligible for return. Please see section 6 for further details and contact customer service for clarification on specific items.
Returns Process:Â All change of mind returns must be authorised for return by 4WD Supacentre prior to return.
If you are returning your purchase to a company-operated store, a member of staff will review and consider your return.
If you are returning your purchase to us by post, please complete a change of mind return requestÂ
An approval to return item(s) for change of mind (Return Approval) is required prior to returning the item(s). No change of mind return will be processed without a Return Approval.
Once a Return Approval is issued, you may return the item(s) at your own cost:
in-store at any company-operated store; or
by post.
If you are returning the item(s) by post:
once you have received Return Approval, securely package the item(s) and include all original packaging and accessories; and
send the item(s) back to the return address provided by 4WD Supacentre using a trackable shipping method at your expense and risk. We recommend insuring the package for its full value.
Return postage must be paid for by you.
Upon receiving the returned item(s) (either in-store or by post), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in section 2 and are not excluded products outlined in section 6.
If the returned item(s) meets the eligibility criteria and are not excluded products, we will issue store credit for the original purchase amount, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Slight delays to return processing may be experienced during busy promotional periods, due to higher volumes.
Administrative Fee:
For all change of mind returns, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount before issuing store credit to you. This fee covers the costs incurred by 4WD Supacentre in processing the return and restocking the item(s).
The credit will be for the price that you have paid for the item, less any shipping or delivery costs that you paid for delivery and return of the item (if you purchased on-line).
Exclusions:Â 4WD Supacentre cannot offer returns for change of mind for the following:
Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in resalable condition.
Factory seconds items, gift cards and clearance items.
Delivery fees paid for any item(s) purchased online.
Faulty Product Return Policy
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
is unsafe;
is significantly different from the sample or description; or
doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
