When the return requirements are met, we will inform the warehouse address
 
Once arrived, our inspection team will evaluate the "new" status of the item
 
If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, we will process the product refund (excluding postage) and notify you
 
If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to the inventory, we will process a partial refund and notify you
 
Unfortunately, the return cannot be delivered to our warehouse, office or warehouse facilities in person.

Damage during transportation

  • Exactly what I needed for working from home the space and the look fits in sooo well

  • worked perfectly. A bit larger than expected but the installation was easy and worked just as it intended. Only the cable hole cover is not as firm when you have more than 6 cables that need to pass through it, it loosens and pops out so I just used it without the cover.

  • Great standing desk. Electric motor works very well, and super easy to operate. Looks terrific.
