1. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
2. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and sealed
3. A 15% re-stocking fee and applicable freight fees will be charged for COM returns

Of course arrived in a flat pack. Which wasn't to hard to follow instructions. I would definitely buy another again. Exactly what the pictures show. Im very happy
