The Deep Conditioning Mask is step three in the application process.
The Brasil Cacau Step 3 third step conditioning mask helps improve the hair's chemical balance and ensure adequate smoothness. With a slightly acidic pH of 4.5, the deep conditioning mask stabilises the hair's pH. This makes for a healthier scalp and cuticle. It reduces the incidence of frizz and ensures that your hair is straight and soft.
The mask comes with a substantial deposit of alkaline and acidic ingredients that enhances the chemical stability impact it has on the hair's pH. The formula also enhances a shinier mane with a better glow while inducing the hair with additives that make styling easier.
This deep conditioning mask for dry, damaged or colour treated hair comes in a massive one litre can for adequate application. The deep conditioning mask contains a good quantity of Argan oil and other essential vitamins for optimal hair maintenance. It doesn't contain harmful chemicals that may cause damage to the hair. The mask is completely free from sulphate and paraben. It works effectively on curly, dry, natural, permed, and moisturised hair.
This hair mask helps to nourish the hair and improve elasticity thanks to its Argan oil content. In addition, it repairs damaged hair and strengthens weak and over-processed hair.

Directions:
- Squeeze out excess water from the hair using a towel
- Do it gently to avoid roughing the cuticle
- Apply a substantial amount of Brasil Cacau Conditioning Mask to the hair
- Comb through the volume with a wide-tooth comb
- Allow the hair for 5-7 minutes to set
- Rinse properly

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.
If your parcel has not been delivered within the above timeframes, please contact us via your MyDeal Account so we can investigate the matter right away. Hair & Beauty Supplies is always happy to investigate delayed and missing deliveries, so please notify us so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Hair & Beauty Supplies will allow a refund or exchange on products where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- Returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- In a resalable condition; and
- Not damaged in any way.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping if you change your mind. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.
You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with this returns policy.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on personal hygiene products, or electrical items that have been opened, unless the product is damaged/ faulty from the manufacturer. If an electrical item is damaged or faulty from the manufacturer, please see "Warranty Claims".
Warranty Claims:
Most of our electrical products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
If an item arrives damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of Australia Post to refund your purchase amount as the item no longer belongs to us once the delivery is accepted. If the parcel is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery from Australia Post and we will gladly replace the item/ refund your funds.
Can I cancel, update or edit my order?
Once an order is placed, we can not cancel, update or amend it. In the event you've made a mistake and have notified us within 20 minutes of placing your order, we may be able to intercept your order during our usual business hours. Please note, if your order is in process or transit, we are unable to provide refunds or credits unless the product has been returned. When you receive the order you may wish to notify us of your wish to return your item. Additional shipping and return fees may apply.
