The Andis Profoil Replacement foil is a replacement head for the Andis Profoil Lithium shaver. The Andis profoil shaver foil and cutter is ideal for finishing fades and giving haircut a professing look. Adding this foil and cutter to the shaver gives a smooth face shave by removing stubbles.

This replacement shaver foil and cutter comes in Titanium material. The foil is lightweight, durable, and able to withstand high temperature. This foil shaver head is smooth, making it glide over any skin type, removing stubble and leaving the face silkier.

The Andis Profoil shaver works with the aid of the Andis Titanium foil. It has staggered foil blade sets to ensure a closer and cleaner shave. Beneath the foil is the blades known as the cutters. The foil acts as a barrier to the skin, preventing direct contact between the cutter and skin.

To replace foil:

1. Press the round assembly lock button and lift up to remove foil assembly.

2. Gently slide the foil assembly down over the cutters until it snaps firmly into place.

To replace cutter:

NOTE: Always replace the foil assembly when replacing the cutters

1. To remove a cutter, grasp it on both sides and pull up.

2. To replace a cutter, line up the small metal shaft with the notch on the shaver drive and push down firmly until it snaps into place.

If your parcel has not been delivered within the above timeframes, please contact us via your MyDeal Account so we can investigate the matter right away. Hair & Beauty Supplies is always happy to investigate delayed and missing deliveries, so please notify us so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Hair & Beauty Supplies will allow a refund or exchange on products where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

- Returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- In a resalable condition; and
- Not damaged in any way.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping if you change your mind. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.

You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with this returns policy.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on personal hygiene products, or electrical items that have been opened, unless the product is damaged/ faulty from the manufacturer. If an electrical item is damaged or faulty from the manufacturer, please see "Warranty Claims".

Warranty Claims:

Most of our electrical products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of Australia Post to refund your purchase amount as the item no longer belongs to us once the delivery is accepted. If the parcel is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery from Australia Post and we will gladly replace the item/ refund your funds.

Can I cancel, update or edit my order?
Once an order is placed, we can not cancel, update or amend it. In the event you've made a mistake and have notified us within 20 minutes of placing your order, we may be able to intercept your order during our usual business hours. Please note, if your order is in process or transit, we are unable to provide refunds or credits unless the product has been returned. When you receive the order you may wish to notify us of your wish to return your item. Additional shipping and return fees may apply.
