You can return any product you have purchased from our website (with the exception of software or electronic data products) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, no matter what the reason. Refunds are available for the value of the goods only, freight or courier costs will not be refunded (both to you and for the return). The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice. For all returns you must contact us first and receive an RMA form which you must return with the item(s). For a complete refund items must be in original condition, show no signs of wear, and be received back within 30-days from date of shipment.
