    • product was not available, but alternative product ('upgrade') was offered for same cost. Impressed. Delivery communication was not a good as that offered by amazon and/or Australia Post. While shipping time was acceptable, the tracking of the item was lacking. No indication of Estimated date for delivery, and a few hours after being delivered, the item still appeared to ben enroute :)
