Mix a few drops of Rosemary Oil with a carrier oil like Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply it directly to the scalp,, and leave it on for 10 minutes before washing it out.Do not apply PURE essential oils directly on the skin. Always dilute it with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil.
