Note:

Important Notice:
The product must support HDMI 2.0 port on your PC to produce 4K and 2K resolution, otherwise it will not work.

HDMI 1.4, DVI, or VGA ports are not compatible. If needed, an HDMI 2.0 cable is required.
The HDMI display device/monitor must support 4K and 2K resolutions.
The input device's graphics card must support 4K and 2K resolution.
This product is not bidirectional-it only supports DP to HDMI and cannot be used in reverse.
For example, if you are using a laptop as the video source and connecting it to a TV as the output, this adapter will work. However, it will not function if you try to convert an HDMI signal to DP. (Please see the attached image for reference.)

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us for detailed instructions. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

It will be specified that if return item did not follow the return process, we may dispose such returned item at our discretion.

Refunds
