1 year warranty will apply to all Battery Expert products unless the corresponding listing states otherwise. If the product show symptoms of operational failure, are defective or are broken (a.k.a. See my review of 8 Jan 2021. That battery lasted no longer than 8 months. Seller was good enough to replace the defective battery with another one. Thank you. Lets see how long this one lasts. Thus far, used twice from full-charge, was great. Used in a Ryobi Lawn Mower.

The price was cheaper than the Ryobi original component and delivery was timely. The battery charged and has been used a couple of times. The acid test will be whether it lasts for 3 years and I won't know that for a while.

So far so good. Time will tell if this battery will last as long, or if not longer than the original 2011-purchased Ryobi battery, which has started going intermittent after 10 mins of use from full charge, even though 3 of 4 lights show up when the check-battery button is pushed.
