We only source sheeting from respected world leading manufactures in China, which are currently make sheets for the worlds biggest sheeting brands.

Numbers are not what they mean:

Even if a sheet has a high thread count, that can be inflated by manipulating the sheet making process with a low-quality construction or thread. Always buy from reputable retailers, the old saying goes, if its too good to be true it always is

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in original condition; not used, washed or laundered, all original labels must be attached to the item, the original packaging is sent back with the goods

The 30 day Love It or Return It Guarantee will commence the day that the customer takes delivery of the product.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please note, in the event Australia post perform a "Return to Sender" return due to an incomplete or incorrect address, Parcel refused collection etc these returns will be refunded minus a return to sender fee of $13.

Colour - Return Policy

We photograph most of our products in house and work very hard to make sure that images are colour correct. Unfortunately colours and intensity of colours can vary greatly from screen to screen and we cannot be held responsible for these variances. If the exact shade of a colour is important, please get in touch and we will do our best to work through this with you, otherwise, if you are not happy with colour, this would be consistent with the Change of Mind Policy.
