4 x Long Blue Ice & Heat Packs with soft washable covers. Our Long Ice & Heat Packs have been specifically designed to help relieve any pain and swelling due to your surgery, engorgement and mastitis. Our Long Packs can be used hot or cold and cover a larger area than our breast packs.

The dimensions are 22cm x 11cm and fit perfectly into their covers

Food-safe materials with BPA free ensure safety for mothers and babies.
