De Lorenzo Nova Artiste Clay Powder

Supanova white powder lightener gives extra lift on natural or coloured hair both on or off the scalp. The creamy consistency ensures ease of application while delivering superior lighting performance up to 7 levels.

Directions:

On scalp application:

1. Mix 20g of De Lorenzo Supanova powder with 40g of up to 6% (20vol) De Lorenzo Novoxyl Developer.

2. Apply on dry hair, to darkest areas first. Avoid previously lightened areas.

3. Develop for 15 to 60 minutes depending on the levels of the lift required. Time should NOT exceed 60 minutes. Heat is NOT recommended.

4. Check progress during processing.

5. Rinse Supanova completely from hair. Gently shampoo and condition with the appropriate De Lorenzo products.

Off Scalp application:

1. Mix 20g of De Lorenzo Supanova powder with 40g of up to 12% (40vol) Novoxyl Developer.

2. Apply on dry hair.

3. Process for up to 60 minutes WITHOUT heat.

4. Check progress during processing.

5. Rinse Supanova completely from hair. Gently shampoo and condition with the appropriate De Lorenzo products.

Safety directions: Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wear protective gloves when mixing or using. Keep away from heat, sparks and naked flames. Mix strictly according to instructions. May cause fire if it comes into contact with other chemicals, paper or other flammable materials. Reseal container immediately after use.

First Aid: See back of tub for first aid instructions and advice.

Warning: This product contains ingredients which may cause skin irritation to certain individuals. A preliminary test according to accompanying directions should be made before use. Supanova must not be used for dying eyelashes or eyebrows, to do so may cause injury to the eye and surrounding area. Discontinue use and rinse with water if irritation, burning or rash occurs. Strongly alkaline. Do NOT use on broken skin. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

Skin sensitivity test: This test should be performed 48 hours prior to use of this product. Mix a small amount of equal parts Supanova with 6% (20vol) Novoxyl in a non-metalic bowl and apply to inner elbow. Leave product on skin for 60 minutes then wash off thoroughly. Wait 48 hours before application of Supanova to the head.

Storage: Ensure enclosed bag is securely tied, sealed and lid is properly closed. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

- Returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- In a resalable condition; and
- Not damaged in any way.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping if you change your mind. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.

You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with this returns policy.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on personal hygiene products, or electrical items that have been opened, unless the product is damaged/ faulty from the manufacturer. If an electrical item is damaged or faulty from the manufacturer, please see "Warranty Claims".

Warranty Claims:

Most of our electrical products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of Australia Post to refund your purchase amount as the item no longer belongs to us once the delivery is accepted. If the parcel is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery from Australia Post and we will gladly replace the item/ refund your funds.

Can I cancel, update or edit my order?
Once an order is placed, we can not cancel, update or amend it. In the event you've made a mistake and have notified us within 20 minutes of placing your order, we may be able to intercept your order during our usual business hours. Please note, if your order is in process or transit, we are unable to provide refunds or credits unless the product has been returned. When you receive the order you may wish to notify us of your wish to return your item. Additional shipping and return fees may apply.
