Change of Mind Returns:
There is 14 day cooling off period for change of mind on new and unused items only. Buyer will be responsible for both the initial postage charge and return postage cost of the item. For Change of mind returns we assume no liability for loss of/damage to the product while in return transit. We insist that the product should be packaged carefully, insured for the full purchase price, & shipped via traceable means.
* We can not accept change of mind return on personal care items.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees are charged as per item, If Buyer has provided incorrect address details they will be responsible for all redelivery fees.
Warranty Returns:
Defective Products that are being returned must not have any physical damage, and be complete with all accessories. We must be notified if the product being returned does not meet these conditions.
All products are covered with 12 month parts and labour warranty with us directly, unless specified otherwise. Proof of Purchase must accompany all warranty service requests. Tampering with this unit or any labels will void any warranty or claims.
Procedure for Warranty Claims:
- Please kindly make sure the return is complete with all parts that it came with originally
- Please kindly make sure the return is safely packaged as physical damage would void warranty
- To ensure speedy processing of your return, please include a copy of the invoice attached outside of package, your full return details and contact number as well as the nature or description of the problem inside of the package.
Exclusions:
Replacements or warranty claims do not apply if the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with any instructions provided with the product. If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was designed, to the extent permitted by relevant legislation, TODO expressly excludes any liability for any indirect or consequential loss (including for loss of revenue or loss of use) arising from, or in any way relating to the incorrect use of the product.
To the extent permitted by law, warranties will only apply to products used for personal / private use. Using products for commercial purposes will result in the warranty being voided.
Bought as gift for granddaughter Loves it but wishes I could have afforded 5o hit more colours

Cannot give it 5 stars although they may be deserved because I have not got around to using the pen. I am not anticipating any trouble with it. I have used PLA before in another printer and understand most issues when using the material. These review demands come far too early and do not give you the option of deferring a review other than ignoring it completely. Paul

We were skeptical at first as we had not bought from this site, however after positive research we decided to give it a crack. The pen was delivered within 3 days as informed at time of the purchase. The pen works well and if you have patience and a steady hand you can create many good structures! The filament does run out a lot faster than you think, but this is probably the case for all the pens.
