The surfaces on which the material will be applied must be thoroughly cleaned and must not contain dust, oil, or any contamination that may affect the adhesion of the material. Newly polished painted surfaces should be allowed to dry for at least three weeks and cure completely. Also, textured surface paint can cause poor adhesion.

Not well packed, I have purchased vinyl wallpaper elsewhere that has come in cardboard cylinder to keep it protected, each edge on the item I purchased overlaps so you don't get nice clean lines that butt up to one another, you can clearly see the raised area as you have to overlap it, the color in the one I received is not as bright as in the picture, overall it looks ok as it is in outdoor area. main frustration with purchasing through this seller is that there are no seller contact details so you cant find out what is happening with your order.
