You can return any product you have purchased from our website (with the exception of software or electronic data products) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, no matter what the reason. Refunds are available for the value of the goods only, freight or courier costs will not be refunded (both to you and for the return). If you have a defective part, return the product to us (the cost of returning the item(s) to us is your cost, the cost of returning the item(s) to you is our cost). Neither we nor our suppliers will be liable for any consequential damages caused by the failure of our equipment.
